Spend a few moments alone without distractions.
Really give yourself a break. Relax into yourself and just be for a few minutes. Now think about a time when you felt most alive and energetic and really be in that moment again. Let yourself feel how you felt, just for a moment. What made that moment so memorable? How did it feel on the inside? Did you feel an energy, a joy, an expansion? Did you notice how you forgot your old familiar limits and barriers? Can you remember how you were filled (even if just for a moment) with an easy, simple knowing that you can actually be all you dream of being?
